緊急搬送の続きを書こうと思ったのですが、今朝爪が横にヒビが入ったので、この事の方が役に立つと思って、先に書きます。

すっかり忘れていたのですが、闘病中は爪で悩む事が多かったです。
爪の真ん中あたりから、横にヒビか入るんですね。抗がん剤を体に入れているから、肌はカサカサ爪も二枚爪でぼろぼろ。
ヒビが入ると布団やパジャマの繊維に引っかかって痛いんです。
そこで二通りの解決策があって、
①ばんそうこうやサージカルテープ、マスキングテープを切ってぐるっと貼る。
②マニュキアを割れた所に塗る。
です。
他にも方法があるかと思いますが、私はこの方法で乗り切りました。
爪のトラブルって地味に痛いですよね。指先って痛み方がジンジンとなりませんか？
マニュキアはホントおススメです☆
透明タイプなら男性も抵抗が少ないかと思います。

I was going to wraite more about my emergency transport,but this morning my nail cracked horizontally, so I thought this might be more useful and I’m writing about it first.
(The image in tha title is a photograph that shows when tha chemotherapy drugs were adoministered into tha body.Nails are honest.)
I had completely forgotten, but I had a lot of problems with my nails while I was batting tha illness.
The crack runs horizontally from the center of the nail.Because I’m putting chemotherapy into my body, my skin is dry and my nails are split and in bad shape.
when it cracks, it gets caught in the fibers of the futon or pajyamas and causes pain.
So there are two soulutions,
①CUt a piece of bandage,surgikal tape,or masking tape and stick it on.
②Apply nail polish to the cracked area.
I’m sure there are other ways, but this is how I got by.
Nail problems are a real pain.
Do your fingertips fell sore and tingly？
I highly recommend the manicure.
I think men would be less resistant to transparent types,
I hope this message reaches those who are fighting now and their families who are watching over them.
